Forwarding, warehousing, 3PL and 4PL services sector showed the well-founded positions of international logistics firms such as ITL, Gemadept, DHL, Expeditors or Kuehne + Nagel in Vietnam market, these firms still remains their positions in 2021.
However, domestics logistics firms also made steady progresses in presenting more members on the sector’s top ranking table from 4 in 2021 to 5 in 2022. Besides, the prominents ranked up like Transimex, which had switched 5th position in 2021 for Expeditors Vietnam to 4th in 2022.
Forwarding, warehousing, 3PL and 4PL services sector relies heavily on infrastructure development, this competitive edges is continuing to get hotter especially in major trading hubs of various Vietnam economic regions.
Top list logistics companies in Vietnam 2022: Courier and last mile delivery
The ranks of top companies in courier and last mile delivery sector in Vietnam market are listed respectively to:

- Noi Bai Express and Trading JSC (NETCO)
- 247Express JSC
Courier and last mile logistics sector with its highly localizing characteristic and requires wide spectrum of distribution network, all of these elements make foreign logistics companies unable to develop such network as fast as the domestics in short timespan. As a result, this playground is mostly joined by Vietnam logistics firms with large financial sources to expand their local post offices.
By doing so, these firms also increase their reliability reputation in mass media platforms and influence customers that are hesitating in choosing which one is the most suitable courier for their needs.
This year witnessed the position switching between major couriers, particularly VNPost has become the leading firm in the sector, which jumped up from 2nd in the last year, gradually, VNPost has proved their effectively strategy in increasing offline coverages at many provinces. For Viettel Post, their second position showed their changing strategy in reshaping core target for advancing afterward.
